We believe that getting it right first time is our responsibility, and once installed properly, a system should be virtually fault free. Synergy takes on this responsibility by offering true 24 x 7 free telephone support. Where on-site attendance is necessary, response times are as little as two hours, at no extra charge. The 24 x 7 service extends to single users working remotely from the main network system. In this way, superlative service is maintained and any costs are confined to actual rather than speculative needs. All of our corporate systems are supplied with a one year hardware warranty, and Synergy will undertake to process any warranty claims on individual components outside Synergy’s warranty on your behalf.
